Jeremy comes from a family of builders and grew up surrounded by the construction industry. He is the grandson of a contractor, the son of two engineers, and has spent the bulk of his adult life and professional career in construction, manufacturing, and engineering consulting. The idea for Sands Design Services arose from filling a need for a friend and realizing that the current residential remodeling and new home construction market has a serious need for high quality, thorough, and build-ready construction documents. Jeremy uses his practical experience in the industry to produce plans that are easy to follow, in line with local code requirements, and that contractors can use for material planning, procurement, and construction.

Jeremy produces all documents from his home workstation in Maryville, Tennessee, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and two spoiled dogs.
