Holmes Tract | Myrtle Beach, SC

Sands Design Services partnered with Builtrite Storage Systems on the Holmes Tract project, a three-story public storage building in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. A full 3D building model was created in Revit, showing every part and material needed for the cold-formed steel structure. This helped the client plan ahead, order the right materials, and stay on schedule.

Clear, easy-to-follow installation plan sheets were also developed to guide the crew during construction. With a focus on cold-formed steel modeling, the deliverables provided the level of detail needed to keep the project running smoothly. Holmes Tract is a strong example of how 3D modeling can make complex builds easier to manage from start to finish.
